Service

Advanced Timber Manufacturing, LLC offers full service for our products. Our service personnel can assist you with software questions to equipment malfunctions and other issues. Just give us a call. Most questions or problems can be resolved over the phone but if necessary we will travel to your facility and fix it on site. Our goal is to keep your equipment in top shape for a long life span. We stock a variety of tools and spare parts for your convenience.

Training

The initial operator training is part of the machine installation that is provided by us. It includes training on how to operate the equipment, safety precautions, software training and ongoing maintenance.

Once the operators are familiar with the product, they are ready for a follow up training to review the basics and learn about more advanced features. We can organize training seminars designed to meet your company’s needs and to get your personnel up-to-speed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
